This workshop will awaken your creative juices by connecting with the beauty of working with natural wild materials. Students will learn about the historical value of the cedar bark and tule rush. We will discuss how to gather and prepare both materials and learn the plaiting and twining techniques to create a tall square basket that is perfect for holding your wooden spoons and utensils.
